Payment, delivery, using embroidery kits!
If the desired product is sold out, you have the opportunity to activate an optional notification of availability. This option (Notify me when available) is located on the product page next to its image. If this option is activated, you will receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock.
We try to ship all orders as quickly as possible, no later than the next business day after the order is completed. If payment is made in advance, the order will be shipped immediately after payment is received.
If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam folder in your email inbox. Order confirmation is sent automatically after your order is completed. If you do not find your order confirmation in your spam folder, then your order has not been completed. Please Contact us or try again.

If you want to return the product, follow the instructions in the order cancellation policy.
No, most manufacturers enlarge the counted chart to make it easier for you to read. The paper size of the counted chart does not depend on the size of the finished embroidery. It can be larger or smaller. The supplied fabric is always larger than the finished embroidery.
